Jr. Pacesetter Clinic Jan. 28

The Newton Pacesetters will host a Jr. Pacesetter Clinic from 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 28 at the Newton High School Upper Gym. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m.

Group A will include dancers from Pre-K through second grade. Group B will have students from third through fifth grade, and Group C will be sixth through eighth grade.

Cost will be $25 per child, includes registration fee, T-shirt and snack. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes and dance shoes/tennis shoes.

Following the clinic, the participants will have a performance rehearsal date from 10 to 11 a.m. Feb. 3 at Berg Middle School. Again, dancers should wear comfortable clothes. T-shirts will be distributed at the rehearsal.

The performance will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 3 during the Pacesetters annual Winter Show in the Newton High School Upper Gym. Participants are asked to arrive by 6:45 p.m. Dancers should wear their clinic T-shirt and plain black pants, skirt or shorts with their dance shoes/tennis shoes.
